Cílem této bakalářské práce je poukázat vliv nového občanského zákoníku do oblasti účetnictví a daní od 1. ledna 2014. Práce je rozdělena do 4 částí, z nichž první dvě jsou věnovány legislativní úpravě účetnictví a daní v České republice a novému občanskému zákoníku obecně. Stěžejní části této práce jsou kapitoly věnovány konkrétním dopadům nového občanského zákoníku do účetnictví a do daní, kde budou vysvětleny nejpodstatnější změny, které s sebou rekodifikace soukromého práva přináší. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to point out the effect of the new civil code on accounting and taxes since 1 January 2014. This work is divided into 4 parts. First two parts are devoted to legislation of accounting and taxes in the Czech Republic and also to the new civil code in general. Main parts of this work are devoted to the specific effects on accounting and taxes the new civil code brings.
