Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti XYZ. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část přináší základní poznatky týkající se získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Postupně se zabývá popisem a specifikací volného pracovního místa, identifikací zdrojů, metodami získávání zaměstnanců a uveřejněním nabídky zaměstnání. Praktická část přibližuje získávání a výběr zaměstnanců ve společnosti XYZ. V závěru jsou procesy získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti XYZ zhodnoceny, porovnány s teoretickou částí a navrhnuta řešení ke zlepšení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. The Bachelor's Thesis focus on the process of recruitment and selection of employees in organization XYZ. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part provides basic information regarding the recruitment and selection of staff. Gradually deals with the description and specifications of the vacancy, identification of sources, methods of recruitment and publication of job offers. Practical part describes recruitment and selection in organization XYZ. The processes of recruitment and selection of employees in organization XYZ are compared with the theoretical part at the end of Bachelor.
