Tato práce se zabývá mediální propagací určité kulturní události a je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a analytickou. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány hlavní pojmy související s problematikou, popsány různé marketingové a propagační nástroje, značná část práce se věnuje rozboru médií, vlivům, které na ně působí a fungování mediálního trhu. V analytické části se potom zabývá konkrétním případem mediální propagace a analýze její výstupů - kvalitativní analýze tiskových zpráv a jejich ohlasů a kvantitativní analýze zmínek o události v médiích. V závěru jsou tyto výstupy zhodnoceny. This thesis deals with media promotion of certain cultural event and is divided into two parts - theoretical and analytical. In the theoretical part the main terms related to the issue are defined, various marketing and promotional tools are described, a significant part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the media, the influences that act on media, and the functioning of the media market. The analytical part is concerned with the particular case of media promotion and analysis of its outputs - qualitative analysis of press releases and its' responses and quantitative analysis of references to the event in the media. In conclusion, these outputs are evaluated.
