Diplomová práca sa zaoberá trhom telekomunikácií v Českej republike. Cieľom práce je preskúmať vstup telekomunikačných spoločností do oblasti informačných a komunikačných technológií (ICT) so zameraním na trh firemných zákazníkov. Základom pre dosiahnutie tohto cieľa je analýza súčasného stavu telekomunikačného trhu, na ktorú nadväzuje kvalitatívny výskum so zameraním na stav telekomunikačných spoločností a ich ďalšie smerovanie. Diplomová práce se zabývá trhem telekomunikací v České republice. Cílem práce je prozkoumat vstup telekomunikačních společností do oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií (ICT) se zaměřením na trh firemních zákazníků. Základem pro dosažení tohoto cíle je analýza současného stavu telekomunikačního trhu, na kterou navazuje kvalitativní výzkum se zaměřením na stav telekomunikačních společností a jejich další směřování. The master's thesis deals with the telecommunication market in the Czech Republic. The aim is to examine the entry of telecommunication companies into the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) with a focus on market of business customers. Essential for achieving this objective is the analysis of the current state of the telecommunication market, which is followed by qualitative research focusing on telecommunication companies and their future direction.
