Diplomová práca sa zaoberá porovnávaním trendov v oblasti získavania a výberu zamestnancov. Cieľom práce je poukázať na neustále sa meniace nástroje a kanály využívané pri nábore zamestnancov. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch hlavných častí, na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť obecne popisuje personálnu prácu a obsadzovanie voľných pracovných miest. Praktická časť sa už priamo zaoberá porovnávaním trendov v oblasti získavania a výberu zamestnancov. Konkrétne porovnáva minulé a súčasné trendy, s poskytnutím prehľadu možných budúcich trendov. Diplomová práce se zaobírá porovnáváním trendů v oblasti získávání zaměstnanců a výběru zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je poukázat na neustále se měnící nástroje a kanály využívané při nábore zaměstnanců. Práca je rozdělená do dvou hlavních částí, na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obecně popisuje personální práci a obsazování volných pracovních míst. Praktická část se už přímo zaobírá porovnáváním trendů v oblasti získávání a výběrů zaměstnanců. Konkrétně porovnává minulé a současné trendy, s poskytnutím přehledu možných budoucích trendů. Master's Thesis focuses on comparison of trends in the area of recruitment and selection of the employees. The aim of the thesis is to highlight the constantly changing tools and channels used in recruitment. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part generally describes the personnel work and filling the vacancies. The practical part deals directly with comparing trends in recruitment and selection of the employees. Specifically compares past and current trends, providing an overview of possible future trends in recruitment.
