Bakalářská práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá mezinárodní evaluací vzdělávání. Ukazuje poslední data z šetření PISA 2012 a indexu vzdělání společnosti Pearson. Dále vysvětluje základní teoretická východiska, zejména mezinárodní normu pro klasifikaci vzdělávání, teorii národního kurikula, modely vzdělávacích systémů a základní poznatky z edukačního prostředí. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu dat OECD a výsledky studií jiných autorů. Podrobně popisuje fungování vzdělávacích systémů ve Finsku a v Jižní Koreji. Dále přináší výsledky, že vzdělávací systémy vybraných zemí fungují na opačném principu. Zatímco finský vzdělávací systém pracuje s pozitivní motivací a spoluprací, korejský vzdělávací systém pracuje s negativní motivací a konkurencí. Společným rysem jsou kvalitní učitelé a model jednotné školy bez selektivního vzdělávání. The Bachelor thesis deals within its theoretical part with international education evaluations and assessment. It shows latest data from PISA 2012 and Pearson's Learning Curve. It further explains essential theoretical background especially the International Standard Classification of Education, the national curriculum theory, models of education systems and basics of an educational environment. Practical part of the thesis focuses on data analysis from OECDs' sources and outputs from studies of other authors. It elaborates the functioning of education systems in Finland and South Korea. Subsequently it brings results that education systems of both countries operate on the opposite principle. The Finnish education system works with positive motivation and collaboration while the Korean educational system works with negative motivation and competition. A common feature is the quality of teachers and an uniform school model without selective education.
