Ženy po mateřské dovolené jsou považovány za jednu z nejvíce ohrožených skupin na trhu práce. Vzhledem k dlouhodobému výpadku z pracovního procesu v souvislosti s péčí o dítě mají obtížné podmínky při hledání zaměstnání. Systém zařízení denní péče o děti předškolního věku by měl ženám pomáhat eliminovat tento efekt. Práce si dává za cíl zkoumat dostatečnost a efektivitu systémů zařízení denní péče o děti předškolního věku a to na základě rozboru legislativy a v komparaci se systémy jiných států. Dále práce srovnává dostatečnost systému v krajích České republiky a její možný vliv na nezaměstnanost žen. Women on maternity leave are considered one of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. Because of their prolonged failure of the working process in connection with child care they have difficult conditions in search of employment. The system of day care for preschool children should help women to eliminate this effect. The thesis is aimed to examine the adequacy and effectiveness of the systems of day care for preschool children based on the analysis of legislation and in comparison with systems of other European states. The work also compares the sufficiency of the regions of the Czech Republic and its possible effects on female unemployment.
