Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi vstupu evropských SME společností na čínský sanitární trh. V práci jsou stanoveny čtyři hlavní cíle, kterými jsou: 1. Představit možnosti vstupu zahraničních firem na čínský trh. 2. Shrnout vývoj čínského realitního trhu. 3. Porovnat vybrané zahraniční společnosti na čínském trhu sanitární techniky. 4. Zhodnotit, zda by byl vstup na čínský sanitární trh pro evropské SME strategicky správným krokem. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol, které se dále dělí do dvou subkapitol. První kapitola je teoretickým základem práce. Představuje motivy a možnosti vstupu společností na zahraniční trhy z hlediska teorie a motivy a obecné možnosti vstupu na čínský trh. Druhá kapitola se zabývá čínským realitním trhem a návaznými sektory realitního trhu.Návazné trhy jsou specifikovány na trh s vybavením domů a bytů, tj. trh s nábytkem a sanitární trh. Třetí kapitola nejprve představuje vybrané výrobce sanitární techniky, kteří na čínském trhu již několik let působí - americkou společnost Kohler, španělskou společnost Roca a českou společnost Ravak. Druhá část třetí kapitoly vyhodnocuje možné způsoby proniknutí zahraničních společností na čínský sanitární trh, tj. vyhodnocuje vhodnou cílovou skupinu, geografickou polohu a možné způsoby marketingu a prodeje výrobků zahraničních společností na čínském trhu. V závěru této kapitoly je vyhodnocen případný vstup evropského SME na čínský sanitární trh. This thesis deals with the entry options of European SME companies into the Chinese sanitary market. The paper identifies four main objectives, which are: 1. Introduce the entry options of foreign companies into the Chinese market. 2. Summarize the development of China's real estate market. 3. Compare selected foreign companies in the Chinese sanitary ware market. 4. Evaluate whether the entry of a European SME into the Chinese sanitary market would be a strategically correct step. The thesis is divided into three chapters. These chapters are divided into two sections. The first chapter is the theoretical foundation of the thesis. It introduces motives and entry options of companies into foreign markets in terms of theory, and motives and general options of entering the Chinese market. The second chapter deals with the Chinese real estate market and related sectors. The related sectors are specified on furniture and sanitary market. The third chapter introduces foreign manufactures of sanitary ware on the Chinese market -- American company Kohler, Spanish company Roca and Czech company Ravak. The second part of the third chapter evaluates the felicitous target group, geographic location, marketing and sales options of the foreign companies in the Chinese market. At the end of this chapter a potential entry of European SME into the Chinese sanitary market is evaluated.
