Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou efektivnosti e-commerce projektů a klade si 2 cíle. První teoretický cíl je seznámit čtenáře s přístupy k hodnocení efektivnosti e-commerce projektů a s nástroji, které umožňují její optimalizaci. Druhým, praktickým cílem je konstrukce hodnotícího modelu, který umožní vyhodnocení a srovnání těchto optimalizačních nástrojů. Obsahová část práce je rozdělena do 4 hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole uvádím přístupy k hodnocení efektivnosti e-commerce projektů a možnosti jejího zvyšování, přičemž se zaměřuji na metodu paralelního kvantitativního testování. Ve druhé kapitole představuji jeden konkrétní nástroj, který lze pro tuto metodu použít -- jedná se o Website Optimizer, nabízený zdarma společností Google. Třetí kapitola je věnována definici hodnotícího mo-delu, který obsahuje soubor 9 kritérií. Tento model následně využívám ve čtvrté kapitole, kde jej aplikuji na dvou modelových příkladech. Hlavní přínos této práce je především vytvoření výše popsaného hodnotícího modelu, který usnadňuje zhodnocení jakéhokoliv nástroje zaměřeného na paralelní kvantitativní testování. Je možné jej použít například v situaci, kdy se musíme rozhodnout, jaký optimalizační nástroj dostupný na trhu vybrat v závislosti na požadavcích firmy. The main topic of this thesis is the effectiveness of e-commerce projects and there are two main goals. The first (theoretical) one is to introduce the reader to various approaches to the effectiveness of e-commerce projects and tools that could be used for its optimization. The second (practical) one is to define a universal model which could be used for evaluat-ing these optimization tools. The thesis divided into four parts. In the first chapter, I mention various approaches to the effectiveness of e-commerce projects and the possibilities of its optimization -- mainly parallel quantitative testing. In the second chapter I describe Website Optimizer, a free optimization tool available by Google. The third chapter is focused on the definition of the evaluation model for optimization tools. This model is then used in the fourth chapter, where I apply it on two real-world situations. The contribution of this thesis is the definition of evaluation model, which helps with eva-luating any optimization tool that can be used for parallel quantitative testing. It can be used in the decision-making process, which requires us to choose the best optimization tool available on the market, given the company's constraints.
