Metodika poskytuje základní informace o využitelnosti bakterií fixujících vzdušný dusík. Metodika popisuje postupy izolací a testací prospěšných půdních bakterií Azotobacter spp. a Rhizobium spp. Zároveň poskytuje doporučení na podporu biologické fixace dusíku. Metodika také představuje používání očkovacích preparátů jako nezbytnou součást moderních pěstitelských technologií. The methodology provides the basic information about the usability of nitrogenfixating bacteria. The methodology describes procedures of the isolation and screening of beneficial soil bacteria Azotobacter spp. and Rhizobium spp. It also provides recommendations to promote biological nitrogen fixation. The methodology also represents the use of inoculants as a necessary part of modern farming practices.
