Cílem této bakalářské práce je zprostředkovat základní informace o okolnostech vylučujících trestní odpovědnost a vymezit jednotlivé druhy trestů. První část je věnována detailnímu popisu jednotlivých okolností vylučujících protiprávnost po proběhlé novelizaci trestního zákona. Jedná se konkrétně o krajní nouzi, nutnou obranu, svolení poškozeného, přípustné riziko a oprávněné použití zbraně. Pozornost je věnována i případům výslovně neuvedeným v trestním zákoníku, nazývaným jako výkon práv a povinností. Druhá část je zaměřena na druhy trestů a jejich charakteristiku, v četných případech podloženo příkladem z praxe. V závěru práce jsou pro demonstraci uvedeny statistiky za trestné činy spáchané v České republice za určitá časová období. The target of this bachelor thesis is to provide basic information about the circumstances excluding illegality and define the various types of punishment. The first part is devoted to detailed description of the circumstances excluding illegality of the past amend the criminal law. This is particularly the utmost necessity, needful defense, consent of the victim, the risk acceptable and allowed handling of weapons. Attention is paid to cases not covered explicitly in the Penal Code, known as the exercise of rights and obligations. The second part focuses on the types of punishment and their characteristics, in many cases supported by practical example. At the conclusion there are set of statistics for demonstration of crimes committed in the Czech Republic for a period of time.
