Tato bakalářská práce se snaží nalézt souvislosti tří oblastí - problematiky kulturních památek, cestovního ruchu a územního plánování. Vychází z hypotézy, že nejen samotné kulturní památky, nýbrž i poloha a prostředí, v němž se nacházejí, jsou atraktivitou turistické destinace, mají důsledek na celkový obraz daného místa a jeho genius loci. Praktická část se týká dvou obcí na Kutnohorsku, v nichž se nacházejí zámky rozdílných osudů. This bachelor thesis tries to find the context of three areas - issues of cultural heritage, tourism and land -- use planning. It is based on the hypothesis that not only the very cultural heritage, but also the position and the environment in which they are located, are the attractions of tourist destinations and have effect on the overall picture of the place and its genius loci. The practical part is about two villages at Kutná Hora region, where are two castles with different destinies.
