Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení s firmou Hyundai a přiblížení určitých aspektů, které musely být zváženy, než byl výrobní závod v Nošovicích postaven. Mezi aspekty, které musí být zváženy při výstavbě nových závodů, patří ekonomická situace České a Korejské republiky a také kulturní rozdíly obou zemí, kterými jsem se výhradně v této bakalářské práci zabývala. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol a každá z nich vždy obsahuje teoretickou část a konkrétní příklad. První kapitola se zabývá ekonomickou situací v České a Korejské republice a jejich vzájemným zahraničním obchodem. Druhá kapitola se věnuje české a korejské kultuře a poukazuje na rozdíly a shody daných kultur. Třetí kapitola podrobně popisuje firemní kulturu firmy Hyundai. Práce na téma firemní kultura Hyundai byla velmi zajímavá a obohacující. The objective of this thesis is familiarization with firm Hyundai and approach of definite aspects, which had to be considered before the production plant was in Nošovice built. The aspects, which have to be considered and which I focused on in this thesis are, economic situation in Czech republic and Republic of Korea and also the cultural differences between Czech republic and Republic of Korea. The thesis is divided into three chapters and each of them contains theoretical part and practical example. The first chapter considers economic situation in Czech republic and also in Republic of Korea and their bilateral foreign trade. Second chapter is focused on czech and korean culture and shows differences and similarity of these cultures. Third chapter describes corporate culture of firm Hyundai. The work on the thesis was very interesting and enriching.
