Filipčíková, V. Zaměstnanecké penzijní fondy z pohledu zaměstnavatelů. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova Univerzita v Brně, 2014. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá změnami vzniklými aplikováním zaměstnaneckých schémat, dobře fungujících v Nizozemsku, na český důchodový systém. Nejprve je popsáno pilířové uspořádání v Nizozemsku a následně v ČR. Praktická část je založena na komparaci českého a holandského důchodového systému a jejich státních rozpočtů. V závěru dochází k posouzení zjištěných informací, stanovení doporučení pro vznik a fungování zaměstnaneckých schémat v České republice a odvození výhod a nevýhod, které z toho pro zaměstnavatele plynou. This bachelor thesis deals with the changes brought by pension occupational schemes application, well known from the Netherlands, into the Czech pension system. The first part describes the pillar system in the Netherlands and after that in the Czech Republic. The practical part is based on the comparison of the Czech and Dutch pension system and the state budgets. The final section consideres gained knowledge, determines recommendation for the establishment and functioning of the pension occupational schemes in the Czech Rand specifies the advantages and disadvantages resulting for the employers.
