Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou personální práce v malém podniku. Teoretická část práce shrnuje zásady a postupy personální práce v malém podniku a jsou zde stručně charakterizovány vybrané personální činnosti. Analytická část pak popisuje konkrétní malý podnik a jeho přístup k personálním činnostem i jejich vlastnímu provedení. V závěru práce je, na základě výsledků analýzy, zhodnoceno fungování personálních činností v daném podniku a navrhnuta opatření, změny a doporučení. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of personnel working in small businesses. The theoretical part summarizes the principles and practices of personnel work in small businesses and are briefly outlined recruitment activities. Analytical section describes the specific small businesses and access to private activities and their actual implementation. The conclusion is based on the results of the analysis assesses the functioning of the HR functions within the plant and the proposed measures amendments and recommendations.
