Diplomová práce je zaměřena na metody vykazování a oceňování cenných papírů. Obsahem úvodu je obecná charakteristika a definice cenných papírů. Hlavní částí práce je popis metod užívaných jak českými účetními předpisy tak i IFRS. Komparace těchto systémů v oblasti cenných papírů je uvedena na závěr. My thesis is concentrated on methods of reporting and measurement of securities. Content of the beginning are general features and definitions of securities. The main part contains description of methods used by Czech GAAP and IFRS. Comparison of these systems in the area of securities is mentioned at the end.
