Predmetom mojej bakalárskej práce je problematika klastrov ako formy spolupráce a opis jeho fungovania v praxi. Úvod teoretickej časti práce je venovaný histórii klastra. Zaoberá sa výkladom základných pojmov, následne opisuje vznik, vývoj a financovanie tejto formy spolupráce. Ďalej vysvetľuje pojmy ako facilitátor, klastrové iniciatívy. Na záver opisuje hlavné výhody aj nevýhody klastrov. Praktická časť je zameraná na popis a analýzu dvoch klastrov na území Slovenskej republiky, konkrétne v Trnavskom kraji. V závere budú zhodnotené a porovnané jednotlivé klastre doplnené o odporúčanie na ich rozvoj v budúcnosti. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je zistiť, či je klaster ako forma spolupráce tak prínosná, ako sa to v odbornej literatúre uvádza. Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je problematika klastrů, jakožto formy spolupráce a popis jeho fungování v praxi. Úvod teoretické části práce je věnován historii klastrů. Zabývá se výkladem základních pojmů, následně popisuje vznik, vývoj a financování této formy spolupráce. Dále vysvětluje pojmy jako facilitátor a klastrové iniciativy. Na závěr popisuje hlavní výhody i nevýhody klastrů. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis a analýzu dvou klastrů na území Slovenské republiky, konkrétně v Trnavském kraji. V závěru budou zhodnoceny a porovnány jednotlivé klastry doplněné o doporučení na jejich rozvoj v budoucnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda je klastr jako forma spolupráce tak přínosná, jak se to v odborné literatuře uvádí. The subject of my thesis is the issues of clusters as the forms of co-operation and a description of its working in practice. The introduction of the theoretical part is devoted to the history of the cluster. It deals with the interpretation of the basic concepts, then describes the origin, development and financing of clusters. Further explains terms like facilitator and cluster initiative. Finally, it describes the main advantages and disadvantages of clusters. The practical part is focused on the description and analysis of two clusters situated in the Slovak Republic, especially in Trnava region. In the end of my thesis, I will evaluate and compare the individual clusters. Then I write the recommendation to their development in the future. The goal of this thesis is to determine whether the cluster as a form of co-operation is so beneficial as it is stated in the literature.
