Cílem této bakalářské práce bude seznámit čtenáře se specifickými problémy řízení organizací ve veřejném sektoru. Porovnány budou odlišné motivační faktory vedoucích pracovníků i zaměstnanců státních organizací se stimuly ve firemním prostředí. Podrobně bude popsána metoda korporatizace, která zavádí manažerské prvky ze soukromé sféry na půdu státních úřadů. Dalším úkolem bude analýza outsourcingu služeb a jeho limitů. Praktická část práce se zaměří na výsledky, které korporatizace přinesla v kanadské státní správě. Dále budou vyhodnoceny přínosy outsourcingu městské hromadné dopravy v Jablonci nad Nisou. Na spolupráci mezi touto municipalitou a privátním subjektem ukážeme, jakým způsobem je možné zajistit nákup veřejných služeb od soukromého sektoru. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce specific problems which occur in the management of public sector organizations. We are going to compare distinct motivational factors that are typical both for managers and employees in civil offices and private companies. We will closely look at the method of corporatization, which brings managerial elements from private to public sector. Our next objective is to analyse outsourcing and his limits. Practical part of the work will focus on the results which were achieved by corporatization in Canadian public sector. Further we will evaluate the consequences of outsourcing on the example of urban mass transportation in Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic. We will try to show the possibilities of cooperation between the city and private firm as business partners.
