[cze][eng] První kapitola pojednává o historickém vývoji Pobaltí ve druhé polovině 20. století. V centru pozornosti stojí především politické a ekonomické důsledky dramatických změn, které přinesl počátek devadesátých let. Změnil se směr, kterým se pobaltské státy vyvíjely a došlo k orientaci na integraci do ES/EU. V první části druhé kapitoly je nastíněn obsah Maastrichtských konvergenčních kritérií, o kterých se hovoří v souvislosti s nominální konvergencí. Zájem je zde zaměřen především na podmínky v tehdejších státech ES/EU, pro které byla kritéria koncipována. V druhé části je následně provedena analýza vývoje těchto kritérií ve zvolených zemích (Estonsko, Litva, Lotyšsko) a též komparace s průměrným vývojem v rámci eurozóny. Třetí kapitola navazuje na kapitolu druhou a přináší pohled na konvergenci z perspektivy reálného sbližování ekonomických úrovní sledovaných zemí. Je zde využito vícedimenzionální vektorové analýzy, která sofistikovaně přistupuje k problematice reálné konvergence, nikoliv jen skrze prosté sledování vývoje ukazatele HDP, ale rozšiřuje ho čtveřicí makroekonomických ukazatelů, které tvoří vrcholy tzv. magického čtyřúhelníku hospodářské rovnováhy.The thesis covers the topic of nominal convergence in terms of Maastricht convergence criteria applied to Baltic States, followed by multicriteria analysis of real convergence.
