Cílem práce je sestavit podrobný podnikatelský plán pro podnikání společnosti s ručením omezeným v oblasti poskytování služeb ubytování a degustací ve vinném sklepě ve Znojmě. První část se bude zabývat vymezení podnikání malých firem, jejich postavení a přínos ekonomice. Dále práce zpracovává formální úpravou a všechny náležitosti, které by podnikatelský plán měl obsahovat, aby sloužil pro interní i externí uživatele. Díky zpracování podnikatelského plánu, který obsahuje podrobnou analýzu konkurence a trhu, popis firmy, jejích klíčových osobností, nabídku služeb, marketingový a finanční plán, získá firma celistvý pohled na životaschopnost a úspěšnost podnikání. Pro odhad budoucích tržeb jsou použity tři scénáře vývoje. Všechny předchozí body shrnuje v číselném vyjádření finanční plán, který obsahuje očekávané náklady a výnosy, majetkovou strukturu, očekávané peněžní finanční toky a dobu návratnosti investice. The main objective of this thesis is to develop a detailed entrepreneurial plan for the activities of a limited liability company specialised on providing the services of accommodation and wine tasting in a wine cellar in Znojmo. The first part of this work is concerned with the entrepreneurial activity of small companies, with their position on the market and their contribution to the economy. Furthermore, this work is written in the format of an entrepreneurial plan and contains all the requirements in order for it to serve to internal and external users. A business plan which includes a thorough analysis of the competition on the market, a marketing and a financial plan, a description of the company, the company's key personnel and a list of the offered services, allows a company to gain a broad overview of the viability and potential success of its activities. Three distinct scenarios of development are used for the estimate of the future revenues. All the aforementioned points are summarised in a numerical form in the financial plan, which includes expected incomes and expenses, balance sheets, expected statements of cash flow and the rate of return.
