Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza role společenského chování a dodržování pravidel etikety v obchodním styku ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy. Dále se zabývá důležitými prvky během obchodního jednání jako představování, podání ruky či předání vizitek. Objasňuje správné postupy v distanční komunikaci a dress code v obchodním styku. Cílem praktické části je doporučit opatření na zlepšení situace ve společnosti na základě porovnání interních postupů vybrané společnosti s pravidly etikety a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. The topic of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the role of social behavior and its compliance with the rules of etiquette in business in the selected company. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts. It also deals with important elements during a business meeting such as introductions, handshakes or handovering of business cards. It explains the correct procedures in distance communication and dress code in business. The aim of the practical part is to recommend measures to improve the situation in the company based on a comparison of internal procedures in the selected company with the rules of etiquette and a questionnaire evaluation.
