Tato práce pojednává o významu gastronomie v cestovním ruchu. Zaměřena je na region východních Čech, na kterém se snaží ukázat, jaký potenciál mají tradiční pokrmy a krajové produkty pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu, a z toho plynoucí rozvoj celého regionu. This work deals with the importance of gastronomy in tourism. It is focused on the Eastern Bohemia region where it tries to show the potential of traditional dishes and local products for the tourism and for the whole region developement.
