Cílem diplomové práce je ocenit společnost RUDOLF JELÍNEK a.s. pro potřeby managementu společnosti. Práce se nejprve věnuje finanční analýze výkazů podniku z let 2003-2008. Následně je na základě provedené finanční a strategické analýzy vypracován finanční plán na období 2009-2013, který se stává základem pro ocenění společnosti. Pro ocenění byla použita metoda účetní hodnoty a výnosová metoda DCF ve formě FCFF v podobě dvoufázového modelu. The goal of thesis is the valuation of the company RUDOLF JELÍNEK a.s. The practical part contains financial and strategic analysis, financial plan and valuation. For valuation DCF method (FCFF) and book value were used.
