Diplomová práce pojednává v teoretické části o problematice oceňování finančních institucí, konkrétně bank, v době finanční krize. Ocenění vybrané banky (ČSOB,a.s.) v nekonsolidované podobě je provedeno v praktické části za použití výnosové metody diskontovaných peněžních toků, přístupu tržního srovnání (srovnatelné podniky) a metody obligačního cenového přístupu. The Diploma Thesis deals with an evaluation of financial institutions, specifically with the banks, in the time of financial crisis. The evaluation of the selected bank (CSOB,a.s.) in non-consolidated form is carried out in the practical part with use of the discounted cash flow method, market analysis approach(comparable entities) and bond-pricing method.
