Tato bakalářská práce s názvem ?Kyberšikana a internetová kriminalita s účastí dětí a mladistvých? se zabývá negativními vlivy sociálně patologických jevů působících na děti a mladistvé prostřednictvím nových technologií a trendů elektronické komunikace, reprezentovanými především internetovými sociálními sítěmi. Zároveň seznamuje s možnými sankcemi, které mohou postihnout pachatele tohoto sociálně patologického jednání. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení preventivní činnosti v okrese Pelhřimov. Zároveň práce hodnotí povědomí rodičů a dětí o možném nebezpečí hrozícím na internetových sítích a nastavení pravidel práce s internetem, včetně chování na těchto sítích. Práce přináší návrhy preventivních programů pro děti a mladistvé a podněty k možnému doplnění a zlepšení dosud prováděné preventivní činnosti. This Bachelor Thesis entitled "Cyberbullying and internet crimes involving children and adolescents? deals with the negative effects of socio-pathological phenomena immpres to children and adolescents by new technologies and new trends of electronic communication, represented especially by internet social networks. It also refer to possible sanctions that may affect the perpetrators of this socially pathological behavior. The practical part of the Thesis is focused on the evaluation of preventive activities in Pelhřimov distrikt. Thesis assesses the awareness of parents and their children about the possible dangers of the internet networks as well assetting of the rules for using the internet and social networks. Proposals of preventive programs for children and adolescents and suggestions for possible improvements of still running preventive activities are mentioned here too.
