Tato práce představuje in-line bruslení, jednu z populárních sportovních forem využití volného času současné doby. První kapitola pojednává o volném čase obecně, seznamuje s možnostmi, nároky a cíly volného času a zmiňuje případná rizika negativního využití volného času. Druhá kapitola pojednává o in-line bruslení, představuje tuto sportovně rekreační disciplínu vhodnou a dostupnou pro všechny generace. Zároveň upozorňuje na určitá rizika a nebezpečí spojená s tímto sportem. Zdůrazňuje specifika při výchovném procesu, která by měl dobrý instruktor umět odlišit, aby neodradil začínající in-line bruslaře. Třetí kapitola předkládá nezbytné vybavení in-line bruslařů k prevenci úrazů či zmírnění jejich následků. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou uvedeny praktické zkušenosti in-line bruslařů. Pátá kapitola zdůrazňuje význam výchovy ke správnému životnímu stylu pomocí sportovní disciplíny in-line bruslení ve volném čase. V této práci je otevřena otázka výchovy ke správným návykům pro bezpečné in-line bruslení ve volném čase. This bachelor thesis is focused on pedagogical framework of educational process of in-line skating, one of the popular sporting forms of using of leisure time in recent time. The first chapter deals leisure time generally, introduces the possibilities, requirements and goals of leisure time and mentions possible risk of negative forms of leisure time spending. The second chapter deals about in-line skating, introduces this sport-recreation discipline which is useful and available for all generations. This chapter also points out certain risks and some danger which are connected with this sport. The second chapter also emphasizes some specifics during an educational process, which are to be well-known for each good instructor to avoid the discouraging inexperienced in-line skaters. The third chapter deals necessary safety equipments due the injuries prevention or mitigation of their consequences. The forth chapter deals the practical experiences of in-line skaters, which are valuable for the beginners. The fifth chapter emphasizes the benefits of education to good lifestyle using sporting discipline in-line skating during leisure time. This bachelor thesis has opened the issue of education for the right habits which enable the safety in-line skating during leisure time. This bachelor thesis introduces in-line skating one of the popular sporting forms of leisure time spending.
