Práce pojednává o skupinách zemí ve světové ekonomice a různých pojetích klasifikace těchto skupin z hlediska mezinárodních organizací. První kapitola se zabývá stručným shrnutím klasického a nového pojetí členění světových ekonomik. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na mezinárodní organizace klasického pojetí jako je UNCTAD a popis jeho způsobu vymezování zemí, třetí kapitola zkoumá mezinárodní organizace pojetí nového (IBRD, IMF). Ve čtvrté kapitole se nachází ostatní významné instituce a jejich metodologie (FAO, ILO, WTO, OECD). Pátá kapitola je shrnutím a zhodnocením struktury světové ekonomiky podle mezinárodních institucí. The paper deals with groups of countries in the world economy and the various concepts of classification of these groups in terms of international organisations. The first chapter deals with a brief summary of the classical and the new concept of dividing world economies. The second chapter focuses on international organisations such as UNCTAD that uses the classical concept and a description of its way of defining countries, the third chapter examines the international organisations within the new concept (IBRD, IMF). The fourth chapter includes the rest of the important international institutions and their methodology (FAO, ILO, WTO, OECD). The fifth chapter is a summary and evaluation of the structure of the world economy seen by international organisations.
