[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním rodinné politiky ve dvou evropských zemích, České republice a Nizozemsku. Popisuje vývoj rodinné politiky ve 20. století, demografické změny, které jej ovlivnily, a uvádí dva důležité dokumenty ?Národní koncepci rodinné politiky? a ?The Strength of the Family?, které řeší směřování těchto politik v posledních letech. Součástí je přehled ekonomické podpory ze strany státu, tedy na jaké dávky a úlevy mají rodiny nárok. Krátce se také zabývá možnostmi mimorodinné péče o děti. Poslední kapitola ?Komparace? si klade za cíl zhodnotit, do jaké míry trh práce a finanční pomoc podporují rodinu v plnění jejich funkcí.The thesis deals with comparison of family policies in two European countries, the Czech Republic and Netherlands. It describes their development in 20th century affected by demographic changes, and presents two important papers, ?Národní koncepce rodinné politiky? and ?The Strength of the Family?, which deal with aiming of these policies in recent years. The thesis includes review of state economic support, which means benefits and concessions family is eligible for. It shortly deals with opportunities in child care. The last chapter ?Comparison? assess? in what way labour market and financial support helps family in fulfilling its functions.
