Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na aktuální problematiku informovanosti žen po císařském řezu.Teoretická část bakalářské práce je rozdělena na tři oblasti. První oblast se věnuje historii císařského řezu a definování základních témat a pojmů, které jsou spjaty s císařským řezem. Druhá oblast je zaměřena na úlohu porodní asistentky v předoperační péči a poslední se věnuje úloze porodní asistentky v péči pooperační.Výzkumná část byla realizována kvantitativní metodou, využity byly nestandardizované anonymní dotazníky, které byly rozdávány ženám po císařském řezu na pokoji intermediární péče na Gynekologicko-porodnické klinice ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň v průběhu měsíců ledna až března 2012. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit míru informovanosti žen po císařském řezu. Stanovený cíl byl splněn. Výsledky výzkumného šetření ukazují, že míra informovanosti žen po císařském řezu na Gynekologicko-porodnické klinice ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni je na dobré úrovni. The thesis focuses on a very hot topic, which is the aftercare awareness of women after cesarean section. The theoretical part is divided into three areas. The first area deals with the history of caesarean section and presents the main topics and concepts that are associated with caesarean sections. The second area focuses on the role of midwives in the preoperative care and the last is devoted to the role of midwives in the post-operative care.The research was conducted with the quantitative method, using standardized anonymous questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to women after caesarean section in the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic of the University Hospital in Plzen. Questionnaires were distributed during the months of January, February and March 2012. The aim of the explorative research was to find out the extent of the aftercare awareness of women after caesarean section. The given aim was fulfilled. The results of the explorative research show that the extent of the aftercare awareness of women after caesarean section in the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic of the University Hospital in Plzen is at good level.
