Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o klienty s potravinovou alergií.Hlavním cílem této práce je seznámit se s úlohou sestry v péči o klienta s potravinovou alergií, dále zjistit, jak se klienti s potravinovou alergií stravují a zda se vyskytují nějaké problémy ve stravování. Cílem je také zjistit, zda a jak klienti dodržují dietní opatření, které souvisí s jejich alergií. Šetření je prováděno za pomoci strukturovaného rozhovoru s klienty, kteří se léčí s alergií na potraviny a se sestrami, které pracují v alergologické ambulanci. The thesis is focused on nursing care of clients with food alergií.Hlavním aim of this work is to introduce the role of nurses in the care of clients with food allergies, as well as find out how customers with food allergies eat and whether there are any problems in catering. It also aims to determine whether and how clients comply with dietary measures, which relate to their allergies. The survey is conducted using structured interviews with clients who are treated with food allergy and nurses working in the allergy clinic.
