Diplomová práce se zabývá následky, které vznikají při výpadku elektrické energie. Jako oblast dopadů je zvolen Jihočeský kraj. Teoretická část práce pak popisuje kritickou infrastrukturu, jejíž součástí elektrická energie je, seznamuje čtenáře s elektrizační soustavou České republiky, a také s tím co je, a co se považuje za výpadek elektrické energie. Výzkum je veden ve dvou rovinách. Nejdříve jsou pečlivě zpracovány rešerše vybraných výpadků elektrické energie ve světě a následně jsou zkoumány dopady, které by blackout vyvolal v Jihočeském kraji, a to pomocí řízeného rozhovoru, který je veden s několika odborníky. Takto získané výsledky jsou analyzovány a jsou popsány dopady, které by případný blackout v Jihočeském kraji vyvolal. Hlavní cíl práce byl ?Popis výpadku elektrického proudu v Jihočeském kraji.? Tento cíl se podařilo splnit a výpadek elektrického proudu v Jihočeském kraji byl popsán. Práce měla dvě hypotézy. První hypotéza zněla ?Výpadek elektrického proudu má zásadní vliv na obyvatelstvo? a tato hypotéza byla mým výzkumem zcela potvrzena. Druhá hypotéza mé práce zněla ?Elektrická energie je strategickým prvkem kritické infrastruktury v Jihočeském kraji? a i druhá hypotéza byla, na základě výsledků, potvrzena. The thesis is concerned in problem that can occure after a blackout. The South Bohemia region was chosen as the area of blackout impacts. The theoretical part of the work describes a critical infrastructure, whose part electrical energy is. It also learns about the electricity supply system in the Czech Republic and explains what is considered to be a blackout. The research is made in two levels. First there are processed baground researches of selected blackouts in the world and consequently the impacts of possible blackout in the South Bohemia are examined. The method of guided interview was used to make a questionnaire. The guided interviews were made with a few specialists. The questionnaire results are analysed and the possible consequences of blackout in the South Bohemia region are described. The main purpose of the work was ? The description of a blackout in the South Bohemia region?. The aim was fulfilled and a blackout in the South Bohemia region was described. The thesis worked with two hypothesis. The first one was ?A blackout strongly influences the population? a this hypothesis was proved by my research. The second hypothesis sounded ?Electrical energy is a strategical part of a critical infrastructure in the South Bohemia region?, and this hypothesis was also proved on basis of my results.
