Práce bude věnována otázkám sociálně psychologického klimatu ve třídách a školách, specificky bude zaměřená na charakterizování prostředí malotřídní školy. Vlastní výzkum se zaměří na zkoumání rozdílu sociálně psychologického klimatu na velkých školách a malotřídních. The thesis will be devoted to issues of social and psychological climate in the classrooms and schools. It will be specifically aimed at describing the environment of at the schools with united classes.The practical part (research) will investigate the difference of socio-psychological climate in large schools and at the schools with united classes.
