Táto práca analyzuje premenu menovej politiky Európskej centrálnej banky, ktorá bola reakciou na prepuknutie finančnej a dlhovej krízy. Hlavná časť práce sa venuje analýze neštandardných nástrojov menovej politiky ECB, ktoré boli použité pri riešení jednotlivých fáz krízy od latentnej fázy rokov 2007 a 2008, prepuknutia finančnej krízy v septembri 2008 až po dlhovú krízu štátov eurozóny, ktorá prepukla na počiatku roku 2010. Záver práce je venovaný porovnaniu jednotlivých fáz a zhodnoteniu účinnosti neštandardných opatrení. Tato práce analyzuje proměnu měnové politiky Evropské centrální banky, která byla reakcí na propuknutí finanční a dluhové krize. Hlavní část práce se věnuje analýze nestandardních nástrojů měnové politiky ECB, které byly použity při řešení jednotlivých fází krize od latentní fáze v letech 2007 a 2008, propuknutí finanční krize v září 2008 až po dluhovou krizi států eurozony, která odstartovala v roce 2010. Závěr práce je věnován porovnání jednotlivých období a zhodnocení účinnosti nestandardních opatření. The thesis analyses the change of monetary policy of the European central bank during financial and sovereign debt crisis. Main focus of the thesis is given on the analysis of non-standard measures of monetary policy of the ECB. This thesis explains in detail how the ECB has responded to the various phases of the financial and debt crisis, starting with the period of financial turmoil, continuing with the intensification of the financial crisis and the sovereign debt crisis. Finally, the thesis compares these phases and assesses the impact of these non-standard measures.
