Velké množství sbírek českých lidových písní vzniklo na základě sponzoringu. Patří k nim i patnáctidílný sběratelský monument Český jih a Šumava v písni (1. polovina 20. století), jehož autorem je český hudební skladatel Karel Weis. Many collections of Czech folk songs came into existence thanks to a sponsorship. Among them belongs also a fifteen-volume monument Southern Bohemia and Bohemian Forest in Songˇ(Český jih a Šumava v písni) from the 1st half of the 20th century by Czech composer Karel Weis.
