V diplomové práci je nejdříve přestavena charakteristika několika pojmů. Jedná se o pojmy talent, kvalita života a s tím souvisejících poznatků. Ty jsou důležité pro další pochopení práce. Další část představí různé ukazatele a jejich hodnoty, které tyto ukazatele nabývají ve zkoumaných oblastech. Tyto oblasti jsou předtím také stručněji představeny. V praktické části byla použita metoda dotazování a metoda skupinového rozhovoru. Hlavním úkolem bylo zjistit, jak vidí kvalitu života studenti, potenciální talenti a také zjistit prostředky, které by pomohly zde takové lidi udržet. In this thesis is first converted characterization of several concepts. These are the concepts of talent, quality of life and related knowledge. These are important for further understanding of the work. The next part presents different indicators and their values these indicators come in the areas surveyed. These areas are also briefly introduced previously. In the practical part was used the interviewing method and the method of group interview. The main task was to find out how student, potential talents see the quality of life and also find resources here to help these people maintain.
