Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou možností financování obnovy a údržby památkových objektů v České republice s praktickou aplikací na město Vimperk. Teoretická část pojednává o významu kulturního dědictví a památkové péči včetně její legislativní úpravy a způsobu její organizace. Podrobně jsou zde rozebrány různé možnosti financování záchovy památek a to jak z tuzemských, tak zahraničních zdrojů. V praktické části je nejprve představeno jihočeské město Vimperk i s památkami v jeho územním obvodu. Dále tato část přibližuje systém výkonu místní veřejné správy a systém provádění památkové péče na úrovni města i Jihočeského kraje. Velký prostor je věnován analýze a zhodnocení využívaných zdrojů financování památkové péče v tomto městě, dále jsou zde doporučeny další vhodné možnosti podpory. Zmíněny jsou dotační programy Jihočeského kraje, Ministerstva kultury ČR, evropských i jiných zahraničních fondů. Pro přehlednost je především tato část doplněna množstvím tabulek a grafů. Informace potřebné k vypracování této práce byly získány z dostupné literatury, internetových zdrojů a při osobních konzultacích na Městském úřadě Vimperk a ROP Jihozápad v Českých Budějovicích. This thesis analyzes the possibilities of financing the rehabilitation and maintenance of historical buildings in the Czech Republic with the practical application of the city Vimperk. The theoretical part discusses the importance of cultural heritage and the preservation of monuments, including its legislation and the manner of its organization. Various options for financing of survival sights both from domestic and foreign sources are discussed in detail. First the South Bohemian town Vimperk is introduced with monuments in its territorial jurisdiction in the practical part. Furthermore, this part approaches the system of the performance of local public administration and system for implementing conservation at the level of the city and South Region. A large space is devoted to the analysis and evaluation of sources of funding utilized conservation in this city, there are also recommended other appropriate support options. The subsidy programs of the South Bohemian Region, the Ministry of Culture, European and other foreign funds are mentioned. The amount of tables and graphs are added especially in this part for the better illustration. Information needed for the development of this work were obtained from the literature, Internet resources and personal consultations at the municipal office Vimperk and ROP Southwest.
