Diplomová práce si klade za cíl prozkoumat pracovní motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců vybrané společnosti, přičemž vychází z předpokladu, že tyto jsou na spíše nízké úrovni. Na základě zjištěných informací následně navrhne vhodný motivační program pro zaměstnance jazykové školy. V práci je vzhledem k nízkému počtu respondentů využito několik metod výzkumu, mezi něž patří osobní a písemné dotazování zaměstnanců, interview s bývalými zaměstnanci, Balesova interakční analýza a srovnání s jinou institucí obdobného charakteru. Na základě provedeného výzkumu byla potvrzena hypotéza o nespokojenosti zaměstnanců na pracovišti. Vzhledem ke struktuře výpovědí se výzkum i závěry opírají o Herzbergovu teorii pracovní motivace a navržený program zahrnuje jak prvky hygienické, tak i prvky motivační. The diploma thesis aims to explore work motivation and satisfaction of employees in chosen company, based on the assumption that these are at the lower level. On the ground of gained information subsequently proposes a suitable motivational program for language school employees. Considering low number of respondents there are several research methods used in the thesis, including personal and written questioning of employees, interviews with former employees, Bales interaction analysis, and comparison with another institution of similar nature. Based on the research has been confirmed the hypothesis about dissatisfaction of employees on the workplace. Taking into account the structure of statements is whole research and its conclusions grounded in Herzberg theory of work motivation and proposed program includes both hygienic and motivational elements.
