Předmětem této práce je současná a budoucí dopravní infrastruktura Polska, její pozice v EU a vliv EU na její formování v zemi. První část práce se věnuje obecné charakteristice dopravy a dopravní infrastruktury, definuje relevantní pojmy, metody a ukazatele. Ve druhé části je probírána problematika dopravní politiky EU a role rozpočtu EU ve financování výstavby dopravní infrastruktury ve členských zemích. Stěžejní - třetí část práce, analyzuje dopravní infrastrukturu v Polsku. Nabízí její srovnání se státy EU, představuje možné scénáře jejího budoucího vývoje, definuje hlavní problémy a rozvíjí jejich řešení. The subject of the thesis is the present and future transport infrastructure of Poland, its position in relation to EU and EU influence on it. The first part of the thesis is based on general characteristics of transport and transport infrastructure, defines relevant terms, methods and indicators. The second part is focused on the issues of EU transport policy and european funding. The main third part analyses the transport infrastructure of Poland itself, provides comparison with EU countries, defines the transport ifrastructure' main problems and introduces its possible solutions.
