Bakalářská práce se zabývá některými vybranými otázkami nelegálního dovozu chráněných rostlin. Je zde stručně nastíněna historie ochrany životního prostředí se zaměřením na Úmluvu o mezinárodním obchodu ohroženými druhy volně žijících živočichů a planě rostoucích rostlin a její implementaci do evropského práva. Dále práce pojednává o české právní úpravě, orgánech zabývajících se bojem proti nelegálnímu dovozu, definicí nelegálního dovozu a uvádí příklady v minulosti řešených případů. V poslední kapitole autorka analyzuje nelegální dovoz chráněných rostlin do ČR a vyvozuje závěry na základě statistických údajů. The bachelor thesis deals with selected issues of illegal import of protected plants. There is outlined the history of environment protection with the focus on Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora and its implementation into the European legal regulation. Then the thesis is concerned with Czech legal regulation, authorities dealing with illegal import, definition of illegal import and gives examples of previously solved cases. In the last chapter the author analyses the situation of illegal import of protected plants into the Czech Republic and deduces conclusions based on the statistical data.
