Práce hodnotí úspěšnost hospodaření podniku RUPA, s.r.o. a posuzuje finanční situaci této společnosti během pětileté periody (2006 - 2010). Je vypracována na základě účetních výkazů společnosti. Finanční analýza obsahuje hodnocení firmy z pohledu horizontální a vertikální analýzy, analýzy poměrových ukazatelů a výpočtu ukazatele čisté současné hodnoty. Závěrem této první části je analýza stavebnicového modelu rozkladu poměrového ukazatele ROE - Du Pont a odhalení základních příčinných vztahů mezi ukazateli. V druhé části je finanční situace společnosti posuzována z pohledu několika bonitních a bankrotních modelů. Práce také obsahuje porovnání společnosti s celoodvětvovými hodnotami. Smyslem porovnání je odhalení celoekonomických trendů potravinářského odvětví, které ovlivňovaly společnost. Na závěr práce jsou shrnuty základní problémy zkoumaného podniku a možné postupy k jejich řešení. The main goal of this financial analysis of the RUPA, ltd is to assess financial situation and success of the company management during the five-year period. The first part examines horizontal and vertical analysis of accounting statements, ratio indicators and index fluctuations. At the end of this part I shall present the DuPont model. Moreover, this analysis includes comparison of the firm with indexes in the food sector, so I can reveal trends, which have influenced the company. Second part of this work will be devoted to use a few creditworthy and bankruptcy models. To conclude, I shall designate the basic problems and try to give solutions to how they can be overcomed.
