Volební programy politických stran jsou důležitými dokumenty, ve kterých jsou prezentovány cíle stran. Ideologie hrála v koncipování politických stran různou roli. Dodnes ovšem existuje tradiční klasifikace politických stran dle ideologického hlediska. Ruské politické subjekty jsou charakterizovány vágní ideologickou příslušností kvůli nezralosti ruského stranictví. Analýza volebních programů napomáhá pochopení povahy politického spektra. Cílem práce je analýza volebních programů politických stran Ruska, které se účastnily parlamentních voleb 2011. Hypotéza zní, že volební programy jsou orientovány spíše věcně než ideologicky. První kapitola se zabývá politickými stranami a programy obecně, charakteristikou hlavních ideologických směrů a stanoví kritéria pro analýzu. Druhá kapitola pojednává o tradicích, historickém vývoji ruského stranictví, charakteristice současných stran a jejich ideologické příslušnosti. Třetí kapitola analyzuje volební programy 2011 z hlediska v nich obsažených ideologických nebo věcných prvků. Electoral programmes are important papers, in which party goals are presented. Ideology played a different role in drafting processes of political parties. It should be mentioned that traditionally political parties are classified according to ideological affiliation. This scheme exists till nowadays. Russian political parties are characterized by vague ideological affiliation due to immaturity of russian political scene. Analysis of electoral programmes helps to understand the nature of political spectrum. The goal of this thesis is the analysis of russian participating in parliamentary elections 2011 parties' electoral programmes. Hypothesis states, that electoral programmes are not oriented ideologicaly, but pragmaticly. The first chapter is about political parties and programmes in general, characteristics of ideological directions and states criterion for futher analysis. The second chapter conserns about tradicions, historical development of russian political scene, characteristics of present parties and their ideological affiliation. The third chapter analyzes electoral programmes 2011 from the point of view of ideological or pragmatical issues.
