Práce se zabývá mezinárodní spravedlností reprezentovanou ad hoc Mezinárodním soudním tribunálem pro Rwandu, který zde byl založen krátce po genocidě roku 1994. První část řeší popis pojmů genocida a zločin proti lidskosti. Další je zaměřena na události spojené s genocidou ve Rwandě. Zbylé části jsou pak založeny na činnosti Mezinárodního soudního tribunálu pro Rwandu. This thesis deals with the international justice represented by ad hoc International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, which was founded there shortly after the genocide in 1994. The first part solves the description of the terms genocide and crime against humanity. Another one is focused on the events related to genocide in Rwanda. The remaining parts are then based on the ICTR activities.
