na vypracování podnikatelského záměru. Cílem práce je poskytnout kvalitní a reálný přehled o situaci a vývoji podniku. Cílem této práce je vytvoření podnikatelského záměru popisujícího založení kavárny s nabídkou kvalitních vín ve městě Blansku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je obecně popsán samotný podnikatelský plán a poskytnuty rozšiřující informace. Praktická část je zaměřena Klíčové jsou především oblasti analýz (SWOT, PEST, 5 porterových sil), marketingová a finanční část práce. The goal of this thesis is to create business plan describing the establishment of cafe with high quality wines in Blansko. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the business plan generally and provides supplementary information.The practical part is focused on developing the business plan. The aim is to provide high quality and realistic overview of the situation and development of company. Key areas are mainly analyzes (SWOT, PEST, Porter's five forces), marketing and financial part.
