Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu trhu s IT specialisty na dočasné projekty v ČR. Cílem práce je charakteristika společností nejčastěji využívajících IT specialisty v ČR, pre-zentování zkušeností získaných v oblasti najímání IT odborníků na projekty a zhodnocení současného stavu tohoto trhu v ČR. V obecné části práce se zaměřuji na charakteristiku IT firem využívající IT odborníky na pro-jekty a na různé druhy smluvních vztahů, které se na tomto trhu používají. V praktické části popisuji zkušenosti lidí působících dlouhodobě na trhu s IT, rozebírám zde zdroje využívané k vyhledávání těchto odborníků a také zkušenosti z konkrétního projektu, na kterém tito specialisté pracují. Celá práce je prakticky zaměřená, aby pomohla lidem, kteří se chtějí o tomto segmentu trhu dozvědět více informací. This bachelor work focuses on market analysis with IT specialists for temporary projects in Czech Republic. The aim of this work is characteristic of companies that use IT specialists in the CR, presenting experience learned in recruiting IT professionals for projects and evaluation of current state of this market in the CR. In the general section I focus on the characteristics of IT companies using IT expects for pro-jects and on various types of contractual relationships that are used in this market In the practical part I describe the experience of people working on this market for a long time, analyze resources used to detect these experts as well as specific experience from the project where these specialists work. The whole work is practically designed to help people, who want to learn about this market segment more information.
