Předkládaná bakalářská práce si klade za cíl vypracování podnikatelského plánu na založení firmy podnikající v oblasti pohostinství (firmy Eifell s.r.o. provozující kavárnu Eifell Café), reflektující relevantní faktory, které mají na jeho vypracování, tedy na založení a fungování firmy Eifell s.r.o., vliv. Teoretická část obsahuje definici pojmů, obecnou charakteristikou podnikatelské činnosti, služeb v oblasti pohostinství, jakožto dílčí a specifické oblasti služeb, definici a základní náležitosti podnikatelského plánu. V druhé, praktické, části práce se nachází případová studie podnikatelského plánu, která je konkrétním naplněním jednotlivých složek podnikatelského plánu na založení kavárny Eifell Café. The target of submitting Bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a company undertaking in gastronomic services (Eifell Limited Company operating Eifell Café). This plan reflects relevant circumstaces which influence the process of its formation and therefore affect also the establishment and functioning of the enterprise. The theoretical part includes definitions of basic terms, general characteristics of entrepreneurial activity, general characteristics of gastronomic services, as a partial and specific field of services, the definition, fundamental proprieties and tasks of a business plan. The second part, practical part, presents a case study of a business plan that is a concrete implementation of particular proprieties of a business plan for the establishment of the Eifell Café.
