Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu rozhodovacích procesů v konkrétní firmě. Její součástí je teoretický popis rozhodovacích metod a dále teoretický základ pro vybrané rozhodovací problémy. V praktické části obsahuje popis výše zmíněných rozhodovacích problémů v konkrétní firmě, jejich analýzu a návrhy na jejich zlepšení. Bachelor's thesis focuses on decision-making processes in a given company. The part of this thesis is theoretical characterization of decision-making methods and also theoretical base for chosen decision-making problems. In analytical part it includes description of decision-making problems mentioned above in concrete company, their analysis and suggestion for their improvement.
