V první části bakalářské práce se zabývám historií a informacemi o vodním lyžováním a wakeboardu v České republice a ve světě. V další kapitole popisuji strukturu podnikatelského plánu a jeho jednotlivých částí. Navazuje část, ve které definuji podnikatelský záměr, lokalitu a jeho dopad na danou oblast. Na základě těchto poznatků je dopodrobna vypracován podnikatelský plán areálu, který může sloužit podnikateli jako návod a případně jako podklad pro získání investora. V plánu najdeme analýzu trhu, na základě těchto poznatků vypracovanou marketingovou strategii a v neposlední řadě finanční plán, obsahující predikci účetních výkazů až do amortizace projektu a práci s budoucím vývojem rizika a jeho vlivu na budoucí vývoj podnikání. The first part of the thesis deals with the history and general information on water skiing and wakeboarding in the Czech Republic and globaly. The following chapter describes the structure of the business plan and its individual parts. The third chapter defines a business plan, location and its impact on the area. A detailed business plan that can serve as a decision supporting document for the investors is made based on those findings. The plan contains a market analysis, marketing strategy and a financial plan including a prediction of financial statements up to the amortization of the project and work with risks in the future and its impact on future business development.
