Diplomová práce představuje počáteční etapu studia množení střevíčníků (Paphiopedilum sp.), jehož cílem je posouzení vhodnosti různých koncentrací TDZ a kultivačních podmínek pro vegetativní množení vybraných druhů rodu Paphiopedilum v kultuře in vitro. Tato práce obsahuje literární přehled o druzích použitých při pokusu, popis metodiky, výsledky a diskusi dvou předběžných pokusů. This thesis represents an initial stage of a study focused on vegetative propagation of Paphiopedilum species in vitro. The aim of the study is to assess various concetration of TDZ in media and conditions of cultivation for the vegetative propagation of selected Paphiopedilum species in vitro. This work contains a review of botanical characteristics of the species used, the description of methods, the design, results and discussion of two preliminary experiments.
