Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjištění spokojenosti klientů se službami, které apartmány nabízejí. To bylo prováděno pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Teoretická část charakterizuje 3*hotel a aplikuje požadavky této kategorie na 3* apartmán. Zároveň popisuje jednotlivé poskytované služby. Praktická část popisuje konkrétní apartmány v Praze a vyhodnocuje požadavky klientů na jednotlivé služby. Výsledkem je doporučení, jak tyto požadavky co nejlépe vyplnit. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to determine clients' satisfaction with the services offered by the apartments. It was done through a questionnaire. The theoretical part described 3* hotel and aplies the requirements of this cathegory to 3* appartment. It also describes the services offered. The practical part describes specific apartments in Prague and evaluates clients requirements to the services. The result is a recommendation how to fulfill these requirements in the best way.
