Bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním symfonických orchestrů v České republice. Charakterizuje vývoj institucionálního prostředí české symfonické hudby, přehled právních forem a financování těchto orchestrů. Práce zahrnuje tuto problematiku do kontextu hospodářské politiky. Cílem práce je zhodnotit situaci symfonických orchestrů v České republice a zachytit důležité vlivy na vývoj symfonických orchestrů. Dalším cílem práce je nastínit kroky vedoucí k transformaci současného systému do úspěšnější podoby, která by pomohla k větší soběstačnosti orchestrů a lépe využila všechny způsoby, jimiž lze zlepšit ekonomický vývoj hudebních těles v České republice. Práce má vzbudit zájem o toto téma a vyvolat diskusi vedoucí ke změně systému financování symfonických orchestrů v České republice a zachování těchto kulturních klenotů naší země pro budoucí generace. This bachelor thesis deals with the financing of symphony orchestras in the Czech Republic. It characterizes the development of the institutional environment of the Czech symphonic music, an overview of the legal forms and financing of these orchestras. The work includes this issue in the context of economic policy. The aim is to assess the situation of symphony orchestras in the Czech Republic and capture important influences on the development of symphony orchestras. Another goal of this paper is to outline steps to transform the current system to the more successful design, which would help to greater self-sufficiency of the orchestras and to better use of all ways to improve the economic development of orchestras in the Czech Republic. My work is aimed to arouse interest in this issue and to provoke discussion leading to a change of funding symphony orchestras in the Czech Republic and maintaining these cultural jewels of our country for future generations.
